This notice explains how Health Agency Watch uses and protects personal information across the website, HAW Academy and related communications.
We collect only information needed to provide, secure and improve HAW. We do not sell personal information or use account information for third-party advertising.

Health Agency Watch is an independent, online, UK-based research, education and social-impact initiative.

2. Information we use
Depending on how you use HAW, we may use your name, email address, account preferences, authorised roles, course or review activity, support messages, security records and technical information needed to operate the service.
Creating an account does not require health information. Do not upload identifiable patient information or confidential clinical records.
3. Why we use it
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide learning and professional workspaces, manage permissions, review content, respond to enquiries, maintain records and prevent misuse.
Access is limited by role. Trusted providers support hosting, authentication, storage and email delivery. HAW does not sell personal information.
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for account operation, learning records, quality assurance, security, legal responsibilities or dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
4. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, withdraw consent and complain to a regulator.
General HAW accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Optional email updates are separate from account access and can be declined or withdrawn.
